Thunder Rolls ("Thunder Rolls," "we," "us") runs this website and the Thunder Rolls and Thunder Bursts brands. This site is marketing — it is never a point of sale. Here's the short, honest version of how we handle the information you share.
What we collect
- What you give us. If you join the drop list, we collect your email address, the state you select, your 21+ confirmation, and — for Thunder Bursts — the flavor you pick. Nothing more, and we never ask for it.
- What's collected automatically. Standard analytics (Google Analytics) — pages viewed, rough region, device and browser type — only if you allow it through our cookie/consent banner. We don't load analytics until you say yes.
- What we don't collect. No phone numbers (we don't do SMS). No payment information — there's nothing to buy here. No accounts, no passwords.
How we use it
- To tell you when a product lands in your state — that's the whole point of the drop list.
- To send occasional Thunder updates (about once a month, only when there's something worth saying).
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can make it better.
- To meet our legal obligations, including age-gating and recordkeeping.
We do not sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We use trusted vendors to run the site and send email (for example, our analytics, hosting, and email/list providers), and they may process your data only to provide those services to us.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Use it and we stop.
- Cookies. You can decline analytics in the consent banner, or clear cookies in your browser.
- Access, correction, deletion. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" (we don't do either). Email us and we'll handle it — we won't charge you or treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is for adults 21 and older. It is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor gave us information, email us and we'll delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep drop-list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, plus a short period to honor opt-outs and meet legal requirements.
Changes
We'll update this page as the products — and the law — develop. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
Email you can trust
Every marketing email we send includes our business mailing address and a one-click unsubscribe — every time, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires. We never sell or rent your address, and we never send you anything you didn't ask for.
