This site is for adults of legal age in legal markets — 21 or older. By entering, you confirm you meet that bar. We age-gate every visit; misrepresenting your age is a breach of these terms.
This site is not a store
Thunder Rolls and Thunder Bursts are marketing. Nothing here is for sale, and this site is never a point of sale. When products launch, they will be sold only through licensed dispensaries — to licensed medical marijuana patients 21 and older in Oklahoma, and to adults 21 and older in California, Nevada, and New York. Availability depends on lab testing, state licensing, and legal review.
No medical or potency claims
Nothing on this site is medical advice or a health, therapeutic, or potency claim. Lane labels (Indica / Sativa / Hybrid) and flavor names describe character, not a promised effect. Every product carries a lab Certificate of Analysis — read it and decide for yourself.
The drop list
If you join the drop list, you're asking us to email you about Thunder products. You can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Our brand and content
Thunder Rolls, Thunder Bursts, the storm-flavor names, the logos, copy, and artwork on this site belong to Thunder Rolls. You may not copy, reuse, or pass them off as your own. Thunder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any sports team, league, broadcast, or recording artist; any other marks belong to their respective owners.
Links and third parties
We may link to licensed-dispensary directories and other outside sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content — follow their terms when you're there.
No warranties; limits
The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Thunder Rolls isn't liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Some states don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the products and the law develop. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version; continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
